I have a great recipe for you that
I got off bigoven.com 2yrs ago
that I just love, and they can be
made whole wheat or white- just use
all white flour.

But I don't have the complete directions
because I make them in my bread machine.

But I will give it to anyway. I hope you
like them as much as my family does.

They are called---

Maybe The Best Yeast Rolls

1 1/2 C warm water
1/2 C margarine, softened
1/3 C sugar
1 1/2 t salt
2 T instant potato flakes
2 1/4 C Whole Wheat flour
2 1/4 C all-purpose flour
4 1/2 t yeast
2 T wheat gluten, (optional- but it does
       help in rising if making
       whole wheat rolls)

Mix all in ingredients as directed by
bread machine, and set on dough cycle.

And when done take out and put dough
onto a floured surface, and roll into
small balls the size of a golf ball
and place them in a greased baking
dish, and let rise until doubled in
size. And just before you put them
in the oven to bake- make an egg wash
and brush this over each roll (which
is one egg with one tablespoon of water)
this will give the rolls a shiny gloss.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 15-20 mintes
until lightly browned. Enjoy!
