Brentford Rolls
Ingredients
        * 2 pounds of fine flour
        * a little salt
        * 2 spoonfuls of fine sugar
        * 1/4 pound of fresh butter
        * yolks of 2 eggs
        * 2 spoonfuls of yest
        * about 1 pint of milk
Instructions
Take the flour; put to it the salt, and the sugar sifted; rub in the 
butter, yolks, yest, and milk. Work the whole into a dough, and set it 
to the fire to rise. Make twelve rolls of it; lay them on buttered tins, let 
them stand to the fire to rise till they are very light, then bake 
them about half an hour.
