Peanut Butter Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  a.. 1/2 cup butter, softened
  b.. 3/4 cup chunky peanut butter
  c.. 1 cup sugar
  d.. 2 eggs
  e.. 1 cup mashed ripe banana (about 2 medium)
  f.. 2 cups all-purpose flour
  g.. 1 teaspoon salt
  h.. 1 teaspoon baking soda
Directions
            In a large bowl, cream the butter, peanut butter and sugar until 
light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. 
Beat in bananas. Combine the flour, salt and baking soda; add to creamed 
mixture. 

Transfer to a greased 9-in. x 5-in. loaf ban. Bake at 350° for 70-75 minutes or 
until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes 
before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely. Yield: 1 loaf (8 
slices).

saturated fat), 84 mg cholesterol, 702 mg sodium, 61 g carbohydrate, 3 g fiber, 
11 g protein.
