It reaches full temp and I can pull shots and steam milk fine. It takes a few minutes longer to reach full temp for the brew boiler but it gets there. I have the brew temp at 203 but it usually displays 202 and occasionally flickers to 203. Normally, it would drop to 201 or so after three shots about one minute apart. Now, it drops to 198. Leave it and it heats back up just fine.
I keep meaning to grab the multimeter from the garage but will do that today for sure and measure the resistance. I don't believe there was too much scale on the machine as it's had whole house softened water since I purchased it. The course of events is just strange. First couple of times the brew boiler didn't heat. Then, the brew boiler and the steam boiler is just fine. Now, the brew boiler takes longer to heat and doesn't hold temperature as well.
