Way to go Ren! Sound like you got a good machine and you are doing things right. Do you use a timer? How often do you clean? How often do you descale? Do you use water softener/external filter or the filter that it came with? Anything else you are doing that you associate with your success?
I am very happy with Brewtus despite my problems, which were not uncommon and were easy to fix. I had no hesitation to order another one.
