A leak developed where the PTFE tubing brings water from the pump toward
the boilers. Going in to part 5 on page 18:
https://wiki.wholelattelove.com/images/2/24/BREWTUS_IV_Parts_Diagram.pdf

The diagram has part number 30400020, a 2-piece elbow with a part that
screws over the PTFE tube pushed onto a male tip. The part in my machine
was a push-to-connect fitting, as shown on WLL (currently out of stock):
https://www.wholelattelove.com/products/expobar-elbow-replacement-kit

The tech support suggested that the push-to-connect elbow fitting was the
newer part, but mine mechanically failed. After attempting to re-seat the
tube, the ring you push in to release the tube fell out/off the elbow.

While this is carrying "cold" water, it seems to be a "hot" area,
conducting a bit of heat from the boiler above. Can this be replaced with
any other fitting or type of connection? Do the "old" elbows offer better
reliability despite not being push-to-connect? Has anyone replaced this
section with braided stainless or other alternatives?

Thanks,
Jason
