Because at ApacheCon, I was appproached by someine interested in this bridge

I investigated the code for him and discovered that the bridge is not in *any*
way really tied to Perl !
It just tries to emulate a cgi-bin environment by creating environment variables
and executing an external process.
What:
I propose we change the perl bridge to a generic CgiScriptBridge capable of
handling any script-basd cgi. This would dramatically broaden the usefulness of
such bridge enabling perl, php, python, shell scripts to be run in this way.
