Note though, I'm currently in the process of building the beta1 tags and won't
be able to apply another patch anymore before that.
But, as I said earlier, we plan the final release end of next week, so any

What if the request is a resource request (eg. loading javascript).
Then the given request is no PortletContext. I'd expect
FacesContextFactoryImpl to handle this.
