And people did take responsibility for that. The NIOD report brought down
the government and caused the Commander-in-chief of the Army to resign.

The troops we sent to Bosnia were not to blame; they were sent there without
proper training and without the weapons they needed to do their job
properly. To draw an analogy with the Middle East, all they could do was
throw stones at tanks.

On NIOD's Srebrenica website (www.srebrenica.nl/en/index.htm), it says that
the full text of the report (in English) will be available in July. It is
not there yet, but as it is July 24 already, it should be up there any day
now.
