Jon,

There are various resources at www.acor.org, including many lists devoted to
particular types of cancer.  I'm no fan of the guy who runs it, but it has
turned into a fairly comprehensive cancer info site.  They don't allow
anything much regarding alternative treatments or spirituality as related to
illness, but it sounds like that's not what you're after.  Lots of
mainstream info as you'd find from the medical establishment and
pharmaceutical empires.
