Looking at *just* large cash withdrawals combined with one-way air
travel, I bet they end up harassing a few people who are travelling
suddenly due to a family emergency, and they end up with *very* bad PR
on that count.
(Having been through a few family emergencies, I can say that that's a
pattern that fits in with them, and the *last* thing you need at that
point is police harassment.)
