Let me understand this.  You are arguing with people who have indicated a
familiarity with copyright law.  Yet, you are certain that your view is
right, and their view is wrong.  Why?  Have you read any of the copyright
laws of any country?

If you were right, I could sell Beatle albums that I made by recording
their music off the radio.
