It's rather interesting what greed will force in the US
legal system.
The decision is completely wrong, and I'm wondering why
"dolls" and "toys" have such completely different tariff
rates.

I just hope that her decision won't be used as a precedent
for real people, if we ever genetically engineer humans
with special abilities. If "The Bicentennial Man" were
written today, this decision would make an excellent
precedent for Andrew Martin's opposition to use in their
cases.
