For the whole list, here's some reassurance that this is a bad assumption, especially when I plan to be away. There is more than one backup person who has physical access to the server. The only missing piece is a pager notification if the server goes down. Julia knows how to reach me any time; she also knows how to reach my primary backup, who actually knows more about administering this stuff than even I do. And he feeds our cat, who wouldn't do too well if no one administered *him* for three weeks. As for my family, we're muddling through with a lot of help from friends and family.
