I've heard of people complaining of this before. I think it's a vertigo-type reaction,
not an eye condition. You might even want to check the back of your game manuals,
I remember seeing health warnings in some games about how to reduce/mitigate this
effect.



Thanks for the feedback, Bryon! Now you made me wonder... The lighting in my living room isn't that good to begin with. This may be a factor. You are correct with your assesment, too. It is a vertigo type reaction. It ticks me off to find out that, of all things that could give me a vertigo, my brain has to choose really cool computer and video games. Go figure.
