Not that I believe this - but I can imagine situations 
that would make the people of Iraq much worse than 
they are right now. 
 
For example, there could be a civil war, so instead 
of the 1000s that Saddam goonies kill and torture 
every day, we would have 10000. [these numbers 
are *not* to be taken literally]
