Going back to my example, Michael Kamen is a top-rated, world-famous composer and conductor. All those young musicians he is *leading* are recently graduated or about to. He didn't finish Julliard. But he has a career. What's the real message here?
Experience means everything, which is what I'm finding out looking for a job... :(
