(1) People sending the wrong amount. Check. TWO. (2) People assuming that the UK postage is for America. Check (3) Rudeness and swearing. Check (4) "Honest Mistake" bidding. Check. (5) Incompetant bid shielding. Check.1-4 I understand (though I don't understand how people can get stuff this simple wrong - it's their hard earned savings they're parting with).
But what is incompetent bid shielding?
