Hi folks, I hope all is well. Several of you have had fairly momentous personal events - please forgive me for not sending personal e-mails. I've been working well past one in the morning for the last several weeks, including weekends. It's still unforgiveable, but my humblest apologies. Adam - on his child - and Julia, on her impending twins come to mind - congratulations to you both - but I fear that I am forgetting others.
My second message, however, is that I may be - probably will be - vanishing for a while. I am currently working for a very large pharmaceutical company on the worldwide marketing of one of their products, and expect to be spending the next four weeks in Japan studying the Japanese market for them. I will probably be leaving on Sunday. There's also a distinct possibility of spending the two months after that looking at a couple of countries in Europe - I'm not sure, but quite possibly. At any rate, while I imagine I will still be checking e-mail, it will presumably be much less frequent while I'm off, so if you don't hear from me - that's probably why. I hope to be at least periodically in touch, but, well, I'm not counting on it. If that sounds like fun, well, I'm looking forward to it, but fear that I won't be seeing much of the countries involved outside of my hotel room and office. I expect to be working even on weekends, unfortunately, which even by the standards of my company is somewhat excessive, but seems to be my luck. Ah well. At any rate, my best wishes to everyone, and I hope to rejoin the list more actively upon my return. ===== Gautam Mukunda [EMAIL PROTECTED] "Freedom is not free" http://www.mukunda.blogspot.com __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
