This would be really funny if it wasn't for the "specialises in the media business" bit - that makes it scary...
Mind you, I spent over an hour in a meeting today trying to convince others in my organisation that not everyone uses Internet Explorer and MS-Word, and failed. Apparently users of Opera, Mozilla, Firefox, OpenOffice etc are only the lunatic fringe.
