Last week I found a nifty little program for Outlook Express called OE Quotefix.
http://home.cs.tum.edu/~jain/software/oe-quotefix/ It fixes some of those annoying habits OE has when quoting emails, and by gosh, it makes emails easier to read. It is also easy to turn features on and off.
