Uhhh.... Dr. Brin perhaps you should actually ask William F. Buckely, Stephen Moore, Tucker Carlson, and Henry Hyde whom they are voting for in this upcoming election before you get too excited about your "defectors." Contrary to your mud-slinging, Dr. Brin, all conservatives don't agree with the President on everything. Astonishingly enough, conservatives actually think - but then again, you call them "monsters", so this may be a surprise to you. Maybe you feel the need to march lock-step with John Kerry on everything, but conservatives actually reach their own conclusions on the issues, and then can assess the balance and vote for the President - certainly they can vote for the President over a candidate who has given indications of being an unreformed pacifist and who managed to vote against the first Gulf War with its gold-plated UNSC endorsement and perhaps the largest international coalition the world has ever seen.
