After a respectable 11-5 last week, I am now 111-81 for the year. The
Upset Special moved to 6-7 after Dallas came back in the final minutes
against Seattle on Monday Night Football.

Oakland at Atlanta - The last time the Falcons got clobbered this season,
they bounced back with a huge game in Denver. Look for the Raiders to be
similarly victimized. Pick: FALCONS

Cleveland at Buffalo - They're Bill-ieving in the playoffs in Upstate New
York. Pick: BILLS

New Orleans at Dallas - Julius Jones - aka the second-coming of Curtis
Martin - has completely changed this team. Pick: COWBOYS

Chicago at Jacksonville - Maybe its more hope than thought, but Chad
Hutchinson somehow upended the Vikings last week, the Bears' defense has
always been good this year, and the Jaguars may be reeling after losing a
heart-breaking to the Steelers last week thanks to their own inept clock
management. Pick: BEARS UPSET SPECIAL

New York Giants at Baltimore - A reasonable goal for the Giants is to get
Eli Manning out of this one alive, as the Ravens bounce back against their
debacle against the Bengals. Pick: RAVENS

Indianapolis at Houston - A reasonable goal for the Texans is not for David
Carr to go toe-to-toe with fellow #1-overall QB Peyton Manning, its merely
to not turn the ball over 6 times like he did last time. Pick: COLTS

Seattle at Minnesota - The door was open wide for the Seahawks this year,
and the simply can't walk through it. Pick: VIKINGS

Cincinnati at New England - O.k., the first road win over a winning team
since 1990 was nice last week for the Bengals, but New England is a
complete team on both sides of the football. Pick: PATRIOTS

Miami at Denver - The Dolphins were more than game for the Bills last week,
but going into Mile High will probably prove to be simply too tough against
the desperate Broncos. Pick: BRONCOS

New York Jets at Pittsburgh - The poor Jets are having one of their best
seasons ever, and hardly anyone notices thanks to New England and
Pittsburgh. They'll finally take down Ben Roethlisberger a notch here.
Pick: JETS

St. Louis at Carolina - The Panthers are suddenly in the playoff hunt, and
the Rams have looked horrible on the road all year. Pick: PANTHERS

Green Bay at Detroit - The Lions are a much different team with Kevin Jones
back, but the Packers were outright embarassed last week, and should prove
to be a buzz saw back home in Lambeau.... and Joey Harrington won't be good
enough to take advantage of the defense. Pick: PACKERS

San Francisco at Arizona - In matchups of two horrible teams, it sometimes
works to take the road team.... at least they won't be getting "booed."
Pick: 49ERS

Tampa Bay at San Diego - The Chargers remain.... inexorobaly playoff
bound, anyways. Pick: CHARGERS

Philadelphia at Washington - The Redskins should be back under 18 points
this week. Pick: EAGLES

Kansas City at Tennessee - Hard to believe I'm going to say this about two
teams that are usually playoff bound... Who knows? Who cares? Pick: CHIEFS
