These are like the commentaries that you get on DVDs and you just play them along with your recording of the episode (after you've watched it!). There are a few (slight) spoilers revealed in the 2x01 podcast so you might want to save them up until later in the season. There are also podcasts of commentaries for eps 1x09 through 1x13 which aren't on the region 2 DVD set of season 1.
