Somewhere I've heard that the biological drive to procreate can only be completely satisfied by grandchildren. :-) I have quite a few years to wait before first-hand experience. As for those researchers, the fact that they seem to overlook is that having children significantly changes most of your priorities. The change can be and often is stressful, but the rewards really are unlike anything else. For me, however, it rarely gets to that level of analysis; I simply do the things I need to do (now that my priorities are rewritten) and enjoy the fun moments as they come along. -- Matt
