Didn't Bush say from the get-go that the US would be going after the terrorists' finances? How can these terrorists be as insidious and frighteningly organized as he claims but still not be bright enough to assume their financiers are being watched? Regardless of whether or not they can implement countermeasures, does the President honestly think they don't realize their money trails are being sought out?
