"Full tilt" attack on Davis As ABC News reported, Roscoe Bartlett (R-Maryland) was also bowing to Rev. Moon at the ceremony, though he's escaped media coverage, and has a much lamer excuse than Danny K. Davis (D-Ill.). While Davis is proudly defending his association with Moon's Family Federation, Bartlett, who carried imperial robes to the dais, told ABC through a spokesman that he didn't know Moon was going to be there.
