My Apologies to Si and all the Angels working hard to make sure this
happens.
I wasn't trying to suggest that London event wouldn't be up to standard -
instead I didn't want to say much because in the short period of time
between Si giving me the nod, and me getting the info out I didn't have time
for much fluffiness.
I am assured that the venue and event will be of a similar standard to the
rest of the regional events - the Angels consistent host good tournaments
and this should be no different. If you are a southern team and want to play
at regionals go (If your a Londoner you can get there on your tube pass) to
London. Enjoy. Get into Nationals. The Angels can put you up, and provide a
good event.

Subject: London Regionals
The info on the London Tourny on the invites that went out is a little
unrepresentative of our humble hometown venue. I realise it is rather late
now, but here is what it should have said in case anyone is still wondering
what to do:
Big hall in Rec centre with banked seating at side. Will do 1 big/2 smaller
pitches on Sat depending on numbers. 2 Swim Pools, Sauna,
Kindergarten/Creche and all other usual Rec Centre facilities on site.
Large Food/Drink/Chill area for our exclusive use.
Brixton BR 45 secs walk; Brixton Tube 2 mins walk; Multi-Story car park
adjacent to Rec Centre; London City Airport 35 mins by car (come on
Sneeekys, we'll come and pick you up :-)
Within 400 yd radius of Rec Centre there are 2 supermarkets, 2 sports shops,
60+ restaurants, take-aways and food shops doing every kind of food you can
imagine, a market, 20+ pubs, 10+ late night bars and several night clubs inc
The Fridge, Mass, Bug Bar.
Can accommodate Fri and Sat.
Love to see ya
