As you have all see from Matt Edwards the tour invite has gone out on Britdisc - and
it is here again (except not as an attachement)
The entry deadline is Next monday - apologies for the lateness. You need to organise
yourselves quickly. Tour waiting list rules will be strictly applied with no leniency
for incompetence. Read your rules - learn the major parts - act on the info.
You will also need to sort your roster. This must be done by the 4th of April (last
day). Do it now - don't leave it until the end. Only one guest per team is allowed -
don't be disqualified because you haven't rostered everyone.
Any problems mail me - but don't expect a rapid response so again - be ahead of the
game (unlike me!)

Ultimate Tournament
7th & 8th April 2001
Dear All
You are invited to Bristol Tour One, which will be held at Clifton College Sports
Ground, Abbots Leigh, Bristol on the weekend of the 7th and 8th of April. The deadline
for all entrants is Monday 26th of March.
ENTRY FEE - £150 per team
A (hopefully satisfactory) discount of £30 is available for student teams i.e. £120.
CAMPING/B&B - On site camping available with 24hr toilet facilities open to all.
Changing rooms with hot showers "yes, hot" will be readily accessible. A list of local
B&B / Guest Houses is available on request.
GRUB - A cheap food option of pasta and other quick stuff will be laid on for the
Saturday evening, followed by a party and a bar with a late licence, hopefully of 1am.
DIRECTIONS - From North, South, East or West: M5 - exit at Jct 19. Follow A369 towards
Bristol for approximately 4 miles on a windy road through small villages until you see
a narrow turning on the right hand side signed posted for Sports Ground. (Watch out as
this turning can creep up on you - if you get to the traffic lights, you have gone too
far! - this does not include the pedestrian crossing lights at the George Inn at
Abbots Leigh Village). See you there!
