I have tried to keep a balance of giving more power and responsibility to the elected directors whilst also giving more transparency, accessibility and accountability for the members. You will find much of the content fairly generalised - this is intentional. The purpose of the constitution is to set out the primary goals and methods of the organisation. It does not for example list all the different job descriptions of officers (publicity officer, student co-ordinator, etc) This does not mean will not be having such positions! The aim is to make the organisation more flexible rather than setting everything in stone. Thanks Ben
