The yellow book  'Hold it for Ten and No Bouncing'..The Ultimate Guide to Injury Prevention and Fitness,  Is a booklet written for Ultimate players by me and Jackie Grant (physio). It was first published in 1989 and a second editoin was produced in 1994. Parts of it are a bit out of date but most of it still holds true.
It was published by the BUF -Toby Green was in charge of all that; I see from the publishers address that it came from Toby's old house in Oxford!
Ben, does the BUF still have the ability to run another print?
