Steedman, Nancy passed this to me as I used to live in Colchester, and work in Ipswich. The nearest teams are probably either Cambridge (Strange Blue) or London (many teams), although there was talk not long ago of a team re-starting in Colchester which is much nearer, unfortunately I haven't heard any more.
