FAO Mixed Team representatives and players:- In a bid to clear up the confusion regarding the UK entries into the Mixed division at Hawaii I would like some official response from all the teams and players who have an interest in attending.
In particular, the following teams either expressed interest or stated actual commitment to go to Hawaii...... (in no particular order) Chevron Action Flash Strange Blue Blue Arse Flies Little Shef I would therefore like those teams to provide me (private email to this address please) with the following:- 1. A declaration of your intention to attend (i.e. YES or NO) 2. A summary of any grievances/issues you may have with other teams plans to attend. 3. For those who did not pay the �750 deposit but intend to go, an explanation as to why the deposit has not been paid. 4. (again for those who intend to go) A preliminary roster of all those players who will be in your team. If anyone else has anything to add then please also feel free to email me. As per the new constitution of UK Ultimate, myself and the other directors who do NOT have any interest in the mixed division at Hawaii will consider your responses and announce any findings, rulings, etc. DEADLINE FOR PRIVATE RESPONSES TO THIS EMAIL IS TUESDAY 27TH NOVEMBER.
