oh dear, the freedom inhibitors have been set to 'kill' again. :-)

In the defence of Mr Men, although ordinairily I would see no reason to stand up for the chumps that they are(and freely admit!), they were unavoidably left short after receiving commitments to play. One of the offending players is my bro so I'd thank you all to wind you necks in, anyone who knows Rich would recognise that he is a committed player and you should not be so quick to judge without complete knowledge of the circumstances.

Mr Men have tried to fill the void by searching for players to step in but because of the rostering rules found luring players from other teams difficult. Instead of dropping from the Tournament and leaving the TD with another headache they have resorted to the last measure of broadcasting  a request for players. Can anyone else say 'rock and a hard place?'

I take this sport as seriously as the next player and work really hard to improve my game but I would hate this sport to lose it's sense of perspective just because we want to be 'approved of'. It's just a game. Full stop. Period.

Yup we have to have rules that are adhered to. Mr Men weren't planning on flouting any rules and certainly didn't want to make anyone's life more difficult. Accept they mean well and keep your 'pointy' views to yourself.

P.S. Ben, you do a marvellous job. You are allowed to get annoyed, you are allowed to complain, you are allowed to call me a Tosser.
