During those five minutes it is your responsibility to find your opposition; they may still be playing a previous game; they may be involved in the calculation of a tied pool, and do not know who they play next (speak to them, let them know you are waiting). In these situations a game starts as soon as it is reasonable, but MUST finish on time, do not extend your game. � You may, but do not have to, play a team that cannot field seven players.
