i.e. your cheque needs to be in the post by Saturday 27 July!
Cheques will NOT be encashed until at least 16 August 2002, when
qualification for the tournament has been confirmed.
Teams qualify for National Championships in order of the overall Tour
Ranking (to be published after Tour 4 in Leeds this w/e). If teams do
not wish to attend, the next team on the Ranking qualify to attend.
Cheques will be accepted as an indication of your desire to attend.
Note: the UKU Tour Rostering Rules (http://www.ukultimate.com/docs/tour2
002rules.htm) apply to Nationals.
Food:
the Pitchside Pavillion and BBQ will be open all day
in the evening, there'll be food available at approx �6.50 per head
the menu will be along the lines of:
Chicken Risotto & Pasta with Meat/Vegetarian Toppings

Accommodation:
Campsite
- we're (still) working on getting a campsite
Onsite Rooms
- there are approx 100 ensuite SINGLE rooms on site, available for
Saturday night only
- they cost �35.00 for the night, including an English breakfast in the
morning
- We're supposed to put only 1 person per room (Fire limits), but you
*might* get away with a couple sharing a single bed (and breakfast!)
- to book a room, call 01793-791000 and ask to speak to Debbie Lea,
mention that you need a room for the Ultimate Frisbee Tournament, and
you'll get booked. Drop me an email at [EMAIL PROTECTED] to
let me know that you've booked a room
- the tournament needs a minimum of 30 rooms to be booked for this
option to be provided

We have the bar area, and are working on securing a DJ, but they can't
get an extension to their liquor license, so the bar will stop serving
at 11:00pm
