Just an extra note regarding payment of medical staff.

This is not a personal plea for money, but a serious point, particularly when looking at the current earnings of qualified physios. Basically they are grossly underpaid, in my opinion, in their 'day jobs'  It's therefore unrealistic to expect that we can easily recruit professionals to work in their time off for the joy of seeing an Ultimate tournament + a good party. If UKU /TD's can come up with a sensible payment, we are more likely to be able to develop a good core of medical personnel to call on for high quality medical care, on a regular basis, for tournaments.
