Job title: UKUA Administrator 

Main duties: responding to member and public queries; receiving and
managing member fee payments; providing administrative support to Board
members; maintaining the player database; monitoring team rosters;
preparing for Board elections; managing insurance. 

Experience required: applicants should: be able to demonstrate previous
administrative experience; be familiar with MS Word, Excel and Access;
be a self starter and able to organise and manage their own workload;
have good written and communication skills; and have a general
understanding of Ultimate and the Ultimate scene in the UK. 

Hours: the post is part-time. Weekly hours vary depending on workload
with the busiest period being from February - April when membership
payments are processed. The administrator will therefore be expected to
work on average 5-10 hours per week and will be responsible for keeping
an accurate timesheet detailing hours worked. 

Location: the administrator will be expected to work from home and will
report directly to the Chairperson of the UKUA. Essential equipment is
provided by the UKUA including a pc and printer. Personal expenses
incurred in undertaking the duties required (phone calls, stationery,
stamps etc.) are reimbursed by the UKUA.
