Hi Guys,

Sorry about the late notice but due to dificulty in accomadating all the GB juniors
who wanted to attend training the Manchester GB junior training will be a one day
event on the Saturday 20th of March. It will also allow some of the GB junior students
to play in Sunday of Student nationals.

There has also been a question of whether I can take students who are under 18 without
writen parental consent, and also knowing about their medical conditions. After
discussing this with a few people I think it would be unprofesional of me to take
students overnight without parental consent if they are under 18.
If you do intend to stay on the friday night please contact me by phone 07967 687232

The purpose of the training?

It will run from 10:30 till dark (around 4:30). If you can not make it till a bit
later because of a long journey thats fine just get there as early as you can.

This is the training at which squad selection will occur, EVERYONE is welcome and it
is imperitive that if you want to be a GB Junior that you come along to this training.
The majority of the GB junior team that is going to be competing in Finland will be
selected at this training and the GB squad that is going to be competing at the tour
will be selected at this weekend.
Only in exceptional circumstances will you be able to get in the squad if you do not
attend this weekend.
If you DO NOT TURN 20 in 2004 you can play as a JUNIOR in Finland so come along to
training.

princess parkway into Manchester. Now on the princess parkway you will see a

texaco garage with McDoanlds on the right take the first right at the major

traffic lights to join Barlow moor rd. Carry on straight past a few traffic

light until you see Ivy cottage church on your right. At the next major

traffic lights turn left on to Wilmslow rd. If you see the pitcher and piano

lights and then look for the roads old broadway, or Westholme rd , Park here

and at the bottom of the road will be Fog lane. If you see the golden lion

TRAIN

If you are catching the train to Manchester Piccadilly or Oxford road get on

a bus that is going towards East didsbury. The numbers I can think of are 42,

Then follow the land marks I have described before as if coming from the

city centre. Look for the Golden lion pub on the Left
