An e-mail went out a few weeks ago saying that bids would be expected in by the end of September, but another e-mail would be coming out to officially invite bids and give information etc. Well, it's halfway through September now and there's no sign of that other e-mail!
What's going on? Are we supposed to be putting in bids by the end of September anyway, or should we still wait for the 'official' announcement? Si.
