Rich,
I would potentially be able to help on some sort of scheduling
software if it was deemed necessary. I say 'potentially' because it
would obviously depend on the specifics of implementation (e.g
   language etc).
Perhaps it would be possible to have a (short!) meeting/talk about it
at either Tour 2 or 3 where there is only one venue.

Some people won't be surprised to hear that I have tentatively started work on
such a project, but given the amount of time I already dedicate to Ultimate in
various guises, and that I spend my entire working day coding anyway, I haven't
got much beyond some initial TDD work. Essentially, my approach to database d
esign is too affected by the Stored Procedure environment that I've worked with
as a second-stage developer, but not gained enough experience of first hand.
So...

Who out there has the requisite skills to contribute to this, whether in an adv
isory or practical role, and who genuinely thinks they've got the time to inves
t? One of the reasons I'm looking to be replaced in at least one of my UKUA re
sponsibilities (the Awards Administrator) is because I'd like to put some time
in on a scheduling program, but that's unlikely to happen until next year at th
e earliest.
