Just got the call from endsleigh; £250 (plus 5% tax of £12.50, totalling
£262.50) per year for public liability insurance with a ceiling limit of
£4M, which is standard. (I dont think someone could do more than four
million pounds worth of damage with a discraft)

There's a couple of paragraphs in the UKUA membership letter that detail
the insurance that UKUA members get as a part of their fees. I'm pretty sure
that I have re-typed this info (the relevant paragraphs) into an email to
[BD] in the past.

The Fluid Druids (who!?) got a Public Liability policy sometime in the
2000-2002ish period, from Perkins Slade, 'cos we needed one in order to hire
training venue(s). I remember that they were very helpful when I called
them. Unfortunately, I don't remember any more detail (like costs) than
that...
