There's a very good item about what it'll take for Ultimate to become an Olympic sport on the WFDF website:

Shows how far we have to go, not just in terms of numbers, but also in the presentation of the sport. You need high levels of TV coverage before a sport can be considered for the Olympics (I didn't know that)... and we're an awful long way from getting to that point.

Lots being learned from World Games on the presentation and media front... although the biggest hurdle there is in fact us! (that's a whole other discussion)

Anyone know how the "demonstration sports" at the Olympics are decided? I don't recall the Ballroom Dancing World Championships getting much TV coverage ;-)
