Speaking as someone who has organised many tournaments
though not recently.
I notice most people are asking for a reasonable
debate and mant have run events and appreciate the
costs, the misc costs included.
If the community want a referendum or transparency of
accounting then it should be the UKUA duty to organise
this.
Many people are concerned about profiteering,
especially for those already well paid. We've seen
some harsh incidents in the past.
I recommend people stop yelling for blood or
arbitrarily bitchin their defences and promote a less
antagonistic approach. Most questioners are polite.
Show some accountability and we can get onto other
important subjects.
