It is totally avoidable if the UKUA gets enough bids to host tournaments so that sufficient field space is available. Schedulers can only work with what they are given!
In reality there are very few venues that can provide enough fields so that is possible, without having a split Tour. I am all for a split Tour and paying tournament fees to make it possible/worthwhile.
