From: [EMAIL PROTECTED]: [EMAIL PROTECTED]: FW: refund details for BDDate: Tue,
26 Feb 2008 12:47:01 +0000

Apologies to those of you who were expecting this email yesterday! Camping info
at the bottom.

Less than 3 weeks! to go until 40 open teams and a separate women's division
will Lay it on the Line at Tour 0.

OPEN: Tour 0: Lay it on the Line is now full, 40 open teams are signed up and
ready to Lay it on the Line. There is a waiting list however, so if you would
still like to register your interest and be placed on the waiting list please
let us know at [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Please read the following IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

The schedule is now being drafted (thanks Felix and Co.) and it will be posted
as soon as it is completed.

For any team who drops out between 29th Feb and 7th March, £100 of your
registration fee will be NON-REFUNDABLE.

Any team who drops out after 7th March, NO part of your registration fee is
refundable.

We are sure that all teams realise dropping out at short notice greatly affects
the hard work that goes into organising a tournament and putting the schedule
together. Pulling out at the last minute will affect other teams if scheduling
solutions cannot be made, and will have a strong impact on the scheduling for
the women’s division. We therefore have included the above refund conditions to
ensure the scheduling for Tour 0: Lay it on the Line is as professional as
possible.

Thanks to all teams who have paid. We are still waiting for payment from the
following teams. The entry fee has now gone up to £165. Please get your cheques
in asap.

ABHLucky Huckers

WOMEN: DEADLINE for registration is THIS Friday 29th Feb. Registration fee if
received by Monday 3rd March is £100. After this date the registration fee will
increase to £115.

Please note that £65 of your registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE between 29th
Feb and 7th March, and NO part of your registration fee is refundable after 7th
March.

CAMPING! We are pleased to announce, that due to popular demand (and although
some men will dispute this, a woman's ability to listen) CAMPING will
DEFINATELY be available at Tour 0: Lay it on the Line. The final cost per happy
camper will be only a few quid, to cover the cost of the compulsory security
guards. Further details and exact costs are to follow, but for now you can go
and dig out your tent from the back of your cupboard, check that it hasn’t
grown some weird fungal colony, and count how many straight pegs you have left.

Also, a reminder that as post-game entertainment on Saturday, and to ensure no
die-hard Rugby fans have to miss the match, we will be projecting a live
recording of the 6 Nations game between England and Ireland on our big screen.
We will be providing delicious grub and plenty of shelter, and more
importantly, BEER for you to purchase.

Warrior and Sophie,
TDs.
