In light of these changes, is there a target date for the publishing of related
changes to the UKUA Tour Rules?

I'd imagine that particular concerns include:
- is it still a 3-team promotion/relegation between Divisions after each event,
as per 2007?

- will the Kit Rules for B Tour become more stringent than in 2007(e.g.
numbered shirts and/or matching shorts?)

- will the Kit Rules for C Tour differ from the 2007 B Tours

Thanks
Wayne
