Hi All,

Just one short week away from Tour 0: Lay it on the Line. Included in this
email is:

- Men’s schedule (attached to this email)
- Women’s schedule (attached to this email)
- A map of the pitches (attached to this email)
- A request to team captains about JUNIORS
- Information on FOOD and RUGBY

Schedules are also posted on our website at Www.GBwomensultimate.com/tour0.html

Men’s schedule: this schedule has been finalised by the scheduling committee
and many thanks to a heroic effort by our resident Brainiac Felix. If you have
questions about the men’s schedule please ask Felix, or us and we’ll contact
Felix.

Women’s schedule: we had a brilliant level of interest for the Women’s
division, and we’ve tried to find the best schedule given field space
available. We’ve got a round robin to give everyone a chance to play each
other, with final placing games. Fees have been adjusted relative to the men’s
tournament to reflect the pitch restrictions. Thanks again to Felix, resident
SCHEDULING HERO. If you would like to discuss “seeding” (it’s round robin so it
shouldn’t really matter) let us know. Iceni and Leeds have games as requested
and noted in the schedule.

Thanks to everyone for your amazing promptness with payment. It means we can
give you a schedule a week in advance, and ensure the best service to you!

** Note: if you have juniors on your team, please email us at [EMAIL PROTECTED]
and let us know!

FOOD: we will have hot and cold food and drinks available Saturday and Sunday,
including burgers (meat and veg), pasta, and more. Breakfast will include
bagels and spreads (such as peanut butter, cream cheese and jam), orange juice,
and bananas.

SATURDAY: JOIN US FOR A BBQ and WATCH THE RUBGY MATCH after the last games are
done – under the marquis at Fris Central! Chili, BBQ, beer, and cider will be
available for purchase.

Remember that CAMPING IS AVAILABLE at a charge of £2.50 a night.

Email [EMAIL PROTECTED] to sign up for camping, or ask questions. See you all
soon!
