Sorry for the delay, but unlike Blockstack TV www.blockstack.tv we couldn’t manage to party hard, play ultimate AND be online whilst at Paganello www.paganello.com We are delighted to announce that the MVP of the Women’s final at Tour 0 went to LIV NIXON from MU and Spirit goes to NICE BRISTOLS. Liv will be awarded with a LOOKFLY www.lookfly.com MVP pack at Tour 1, and Nice Bristols will receive a bespoke Warrior handcrafted trophy! There are lot of people that we would like to thank for all their hard work and effort that went into making the weekend as great as it was, especially in the adverse weather! Apologies for anyone we have missed (thank you too!) In no particular order (and no doubt this list will go all squiggly in format on the Britdisc mailing list); - Ian, the legend, the best groundsman ever, who let us continue to play on the pitches (and then had to cancel a footy tournament the following week!) and John, and Steve for security and who helped line the fields for the finals at the very last minute. - Haman, the hero, and her hot water coolers - Si Hill for answering all of Warrior's phonecalls (even in Italy!) - The UKUA for letting us host Tour 0 in the first place - Flea for stepping in at the last minute as TD sidekick - BURGER MAN! (Rick – without whom those burgers wouldn’t have been possible) - Carol 'i never want to flip another burger' Gardiner - The whole Tour 0 team; Claerwen, Alena, Janey, Aura and Jenna, Alia (who caught a 6.30am flight from Scotland) - Steph - great raffle ticket selling! - Felix and schedule nerds for truly heroic efforts in re-writing the schedule 1000 times - Wayne Retter for getting roped into scheduling issues without even knowing it and for washing copious amounts of mud off cones, scoreboards and water bottles. - St John's ambulance, who were kept rather busy on Saturday - Stella and Jack- reprographics and courier legends! - Lookfly for speakers to show the rugby and donating MVP prizes (to be collected by Felix and Liv at Tour 1) - For Goodness Shakes for free booklets - The Scouts for the marquee and last minute chairs - Jonny Voon and Lachie for making rugby on the big screen possible - and finally ALL THE PLAYERS for putting up with last minute changes to the schedule, changes to pitches, and a Mansfield amount of mud. We would love to hear people’s feedback on how they felt the weekend went (thanks to those who have already done this) including what could have been improved (aside from the weather). Please email your any thoughts to [EMAIL PROTECTED] See you all at Tour 1!
