Hello BD, Entries for the Durham Hat are now open! After the great success of the Durham Hat last year this year's event promises to be even bigger and better. (Remember the article in Ultimatum!)
For those of you who don't know, at a Hat tournament you go as an individual player, and not as a part of a team. You tell us your ability level (see entry details) and everyone gets sorted into teams of equal ability, so you get to play with new people from different clubs and regions, and everyone has the same chance of winning! Don't worry if you don't have much (or any!) experience - everyone is welcome. Club captains and presidents please forward this to your team mates and it would be great to see as many of you come along as possible! Date:- *** Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th June *** Included in the price this year will be:- · all meals free (breakfast and lunch on the Saturday and Sunday and a BBQ on the Saturday night) · Free Lookfly performance shirt · Free camping right by the lined pitches for both the Friday and Saturday nights (please get in touch if you are unable to camp and we should be able to sort you out easily enough) · Free party on the Saturday night (full details to be confirmed but it WILL have an awesome fancy dress theme and a fantastic location!) · Two days of great summer ultimate · No hidden costs *** All this is included in the £27 price. *** If you would also like to pre-purchase a Durham Hat disc at a discounted price then you can pay for the premium package of £33 getting the disc at the reduced price of £6.
